This page explains how users of the Samha application can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Send an email to privacy@samhaapp.com
2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
3. Include your registered email and phone number
4. Our team will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days

What Data Will Be Deleted

• Profile information
• Booking history
• Messages and reviews
• Stored preferences

What Data May Be Retained

• Financial transaction records retained for 5–10 years as required by Saudi law
• Data required for legal compliance or fraud prevention

Partial Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of specific data without deleting their account by contacting privacy@samhaapp.com.
